General information symposia and oral presentations
We strongly recommend you submit your presentation no later than one day before your session to firstname.lastname@example.org (NB! Do not forget to specify the number of your session and presentation!) . Technicians will make sure it is uploaded for your session and you avoid unnecessary long waiting time on site. It is possible to upload the presentation at the congress venue. In this case, you have to bring your presentation on a memory stick to the speakers room, no later than 1 hour before the start of your session. Technicians will assist you in uploading your presentation.
The speakers’ room is located in room Blue Lounge (Blå salong) close to SAL D.

Wednesday 2 May 10:00 – 18:00
Thursday 3 May 08:00 – 18:00
Friday 4 May 08:00 – 16:00
You cannot use your own laptop. Please make sure your presentation is suitable for Windows (no Macintosh).
The preferred format on the PPT-presentation is 16:9
The congress program is very tight. Please respect the allotted time for presentation to ensure that your session stays on track. Please arrive at the location no later than ten minutes before the session starts to become familiar with the operation of the audiovisual equipment.
Technical assistance is available if any issues arise concerning technical (IT) equipment.
